Our Waste Handling Equipment
From auto side loader trucks to rear loaders, we have it all!
Auto Side Loaders
An auto side loader is a specialized type of refuse collection vehicle, commonly used for residential and light commercial waste collection. Unlike the traditional rear loader garbage trucks, the auto side loader is equipped with automated arms or a robotic side-loading mechanism, enabling waste collection to be faster and more efficient. This vehicle is designed to reduce the manual labor involved in the collection process, promoting efficiency and worker safety.
Manual Side Loaders
A manual side loader is a specialized type of waste collection vehicle characterized by its side loading mechanism. This vehicle is engineered for efficiency and ease of use, allowing sanitation workers to quickly and easily collect waste bins from the side of the streets. Unlike the automated side loaders, manual side loaders require physical effort from the operators to lift and empty the contents of the bins into the truck's storage compartment.
Rear Loaders
A rear loader is a type of refuse collection vehicle (RCV) or garbage truck that is commonly used in the collection and transportation of waste materials. As the name suggests, the rear loader has an opening at the rear end of the truck that is used for loading waste. Typically, this design features a hopper at the back where trash bags, bins, or cans are tossed in either manually by sanitation workers or automatically through a mechanical arm. In some designs, there's a packer blade in the hopper which is operated hydraulically to compress the waste, optimizing the truck’s capacity and reducing the frequency of trips to the disposal site.
Front Loaders
A front loader in waste collection refers to a specialized type of garbage truck optimized for the collection and transportation of waste materials from commercial and residential areas. The distinctive feature of a front loader is its hydraulic mechanism, which is integrated at the front of the vehicle. This mechanism is equipped with a pair of forks or arms that are used to lift and empty large waste containers, typically dumpsters, into the truck’s hopper located at the top-front section of the vehicle.
